delicious food beach restaurant adults-only pool
I loved the delicious food. The glasshouse restaurant on the 6th floor was amazing. the vala restaurant near the beach was also a treat! socci near the adults-only pool was pretty cool too!
the towel service felt a bit inconvenient with specific hours of operation.

superb stay!
clean room great comfort excellent view
i found the room impeccably clean. the bed provided great comfort. i also enjoyed a wonderful sea view from my balcony (it was really excellent!).
one very minor issue was the limited availability of sunbeds around the pool in the late morning.

The room featured daily housekeeping with fresh towels and complimentary bottled water. It was a nice touch. bathrobes were included, and the bathroom was spacious. i found the room's temperature control system effective and easy to manage.

the reception staff provided efficient and friendly service, answering my questions promptly. daily towel service for the pool was very convenient.

The breakfast buffet had a broad selection. I liked the fresh pastries and fruits. the pool bar offered excellent value with ample portions of food (the cocktails were really amazing!). the themed dinner nights gave a diverse range of dining options.

the multiple pools were amazing, and i found them well-kept. direct access to the beach right behind the pools was really convenient. the spa centre looked fantastic, with a range of treatments, though i did not use them .

plumbing issue weak coffee
The breakfast WAS, I must say, underwhelming. The selection seemed limited and lacked that certain je ne sais quoi. The COFFEE tasted suspiciously like it came from a vending machine, very average experience. also, I had issues with the bathroom. There was a strange noise in the pipes.

amazing location crystal-clear water daily entertainment
I found the location amazing. It is near beaches with crystal-clear water. a water slide operates for two hours each day, and children love it. a kids club and daily entertainment are also available. The parrots and fire shows stood out to me.
the corridors seemed to be vacuumed outside my room before 8 am, which woke me up.

My room had comfortable beds. the room was clean, which i appreciated. the view from the room was very nice, and i especially appreciated that feature. It made the space much more enjoyable.

the hotel has large pools suitable for everyone. there are good à la carte restaurants available for different dining experiences. breakfast service felt simple, focusing more on european cuisine, and it was quite good nonetheless.

The location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions. the private beach offered a relaxing alternative to the crowded public beach. It included attentive service. i found the adults-only aspect very peaceful. the staff kept the pools and beach area super clean each morning.
the english news channel selection was limited to one option. i would have liked a greater variety to stay informed.

the food at the pool bar tasted great and the staff were warm plus attentive. everything was clean! the hotel seemed to manage the busy easter period efficiently.
